The Nasarawa State Governor, Alhaji Aliyu Akwe Doma has approved the appointment of Zubairu Adamu as the new Gom Mama - a chief with 2nd Class Status and Mohammed Agye Usman as the new Oseshi of Aloshi - a chief with 3rd class status.
The appointments followed the successful selection exercises to fill the vacant stools of Gom Mama and Oseshi of Aloshi respectively. The appointments were made on advise of the State Council of Chiefs after their meeting in Lafia.
The two appointments are with effect from 25th June, 2010.
