The councillorship candidate on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ganje electoral ward of Akwanga Local Government Council of Nasarawa State, Mr. John Chila has solicited for the full support of the people of his ward in the forth coming local government elections in the state.

Speaking with the Nigerian Newsday in Akwanga recently, the councillorship candidate assured that he has all what it takes to give the people better representation in the council thus they should give him their maindate.

Honourable Chila said for democracy to thrive in Nigeria, the electorate must endeavour to vote only credible leaders into positions of authority.

He expressed his readiness to render selfless service to the people for the overall development of Ganje ward, it given the mandate.

He added that his desire to give the people the best representation to give the people the best representation informed his decision to contest for the beat.

While commending the state’s independent electoral commission for the efforts towards the conduct of the local government elections, he appealed to the electorate to reciprocate the for gesture by ensuring a peaceful conduct of the exercise.
