Member representing Awe North constituency in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Yakubu Abubakar Faransa has applauded the forthrightness of the Governor Doma-led administration in the state.
Alhaji Faransa made the commendation in an exclusive interview with Nigerian Newsday in Lafia last week.
He described Governor Doma as a true democrat "whose leadership skill has contributed in stabilising the politics of Nasarawa State."
According to Alhaji Faransa, the Peoples Democratic Party led administration in the state would ensure peace, progress and development of the state.
He applauded Governor Doma for what he described as steady implementation of the 13-point agenda, noting "the best is yet to come for the good people of Nasarawa State."
The law maker who assured of his readiness to lobby the state government stressed that he was committed to ensuring steady infrastructure and economic development of his constituency.
He said arrangements have been concluded to ensure permanent solution to the perennial water scarcity being experienced by the people of his constituency.
To this end, the law maker said he would embark on construction of bore holes so as to assuage the suffering of the people of Awe North.
Alhaji Faransa however, appealed to the people of Awe North constituency and the people of the local government in general, to give elected leaders maximum cooperation so that "we can reap the dividends of democracy."
He assured of his readiness to give his people the best representation ever saying "I am here to serve them."
