Nurul Yaqeen Islamic school graduates 15

Among those that graduated were seven girls that were below the ages of 3 to 14 years and three sons of the suspended Vice- Chairman of Kwali Area Council, Alhaji Saidu Ashara.
Speaking at the event, the school’s proprietor, Mallam Mahmud Kabiru Rafindadi said more than 100 pupils were undergoing Islamic teachings in the school while the school graduated 16 pupils last year.
He said the school is run through resources that Allah endowed on him as well as assistance from some of his bosom friends, adding that the only support parents gives him are moral and prayers.
Mallam Rafindadi explained that Quran teaching is was one of the basic requirements for Muslims in order for them to have faith and fear of Allah.
He advised the newly graduated pupils to continue to memorize and read the Holy Quran constantly in any situation they find themselves, saying that the pupils that graduated from the school learned from the books of Fiqhu, Alhalari, Ishmawi and Kawa, Idi.
Earlier in his speech, the suspended Vice- Chairman of Kwali Area Council, Alhaji Saidu Ashara, commended the efforts of the school’s proprietor for his sacrifice in teaching children Islam studies.
He said such teachings were meaningful and would contribute to the development of Islam in any society the children find themselves.
Ashara urged parents and Muslim bodies to support the school either morally or financially in order for the school to wax stronger.
