. Built an ultra modern Corporate Office in Central Business District Abuja.
. Successful relocation of the Bank's Head Office from Jos to Abuja.
. Acquisition and full implementation of new Banking Application Software (financle).
. Successful linkage of all branches of the Bank on a Wide Area Network and achievement of Online Real Time operations.

. Reviewing Inspection Reports and designing policies to correct identified lapses.

. Reviewing the Bank's operational procedures from time to time and introducing control measures to ensure efficient delivery of services.
. Ensuring the Bank's operations are in compliance with provisions of the Bankers' Tariff and Monetary Policy Guidelines at all times.
