Lafia Local Government chairmanship aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State, Hon. Mohammed Ibrahim Alkali has advised politicians to play the game according to the rules and regulators, just as he urged the to be patient with, and prayerful for the government.
Hon. Alkali who was one time chairman of Lafia-East Development Area stated this in an exclusive interview with Nigerian Newsday at his residence last week Wednesday in Lafia.
He appealed to his co-aspirants to believe that leadership comes from God and that politics should be not be a do or the affair.
He further stated that, his mission in politics was develop and transform Lafia local government by providing the necessary social amenities such as electricity, water, schools and rehabilitation of rural roads.
He enjoined the people of the state to be disciplined and remain peaceful, and called for support for administration of Governor order Aliyu Akwe Doma in his efforts to carry the state to greater heights.
