Nasarawa State Government has been tasked to ensure the execution and early completion of Zazuma International Resort and Grand Park, a tourism development project in Uke, the headquarters of Karshi Development Area of the state as a matter of priority.
The District Head of Uke, Alhaji Ahmed Abdullahi Hassan made the plea in an exclusive interview with Nigerian Newsday in his palace at Uke recently.
According to him, the Zazuma International Resort and Grand park projects which were conceived by the former governor of the state, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu would have significant socio-economic benefits for the people of the area, the state and the country in general.
He believed that since the execution of the two projects would go along way in impacting on the lives of the people, the state government under the leadership of Governor, Aliyu Doma should not hesitate in executing them especially that they are revenue yielding ones.
“The twin tourism projects have the capacity to create employment opportunities and also create wealth for both the state and Nigeria as a whole, as such it should be given all the priority attention” he remarked.
