The Assistant Director in-charges of security an environmental sanitation in the federal ministry of agriculture Abuja, Malam Jibril Mamman, has commended the principal of Government Science Secondary School Tugan-maje in Gwagwalada Area Council of the federal capital territory, Mr. Ejiofor Chidozie for the upliftment of education in the institution.

Malam Mammam made the commendation in an interview with Nigerian Newsday during the academic forum organized by the authorities of the school recently, said that he was impressed with the leadership quality exhibited by the principal.

He called on the school authority to ensure that classes were not overcrowded, saying the situation if left unchecked could affect the student’s ability to learn.

Malam Mamman, however, used the opportunity of the forum to appeal to parents to make it a point of duty to attend the academic forum of whenever they were called upon by the authorities of the institution.

Also speaking in an interview, the principal of the school, Mr. Ejiofor Chidozie pointed out that the academic forum was organized in order to enable he parents to know the academic performance of their children in the school, promising that his administration would continue to arrest some pending issues affecting the education of the students in the area.

The principal while commending the teachers in the school for their hard work, however advised them to continue to be dedicated and committed to their work.

Speaking in the same vein, the vice-principal academics in the school, Sheik Ahmed Suleja said that he would continue to join hands with the principal of the school to provide the needed educational materials for the students.

The vice principal academics however, said that the students of the school performed well during their NECO/WAEC Examinations and urged the students of the school to continue to devote their time in their studies.
