Governor Doma Commiserates With Osana of Keana

Governor Aliyu Akwe Doma has commiserated with the Osana of Keana over the recent incidence in which a small part of his Palace was razed down. During the visit, Governor Doma declared that all those involved in the acts of destruction will be brought to justice according to the laws of the land.The Governor who led a delegation of all political office holders in the State during a visit to the Palace, stated that traditional palaces were always a place for sanctuary and wondered why anybody will turn it into a place to be attacked.
He then warned parents not to allow their children to stray away from the age long discipline and family ties which African societies were known for. He then promised that the Palace will be rebuilt immediately.Earlier, the Osana of Keana, His Royal Highness, Emmanuel Onyatikpo Elayo gave a run down of the incidence that led to the burning of part of his palace and assured that traditional authorities had prevailed on the people to avoid reprisal attacks.
