The recent report on global road accidents has again revealed that Africa has
the highest record of deaths through rood accidents even though the continent
accounts for less than ten per cent of vehicles in the world. According to the
report, Africa accounts for more than 40 per cent of the 1.2 million people who
perish yearly through road accidents globally.

NASACA, an acronym for Nasarawa State AIDS Control Agency is an off-shoot of
